<description>“IT’S— JUST—A—COUCH!! This isn’t life! This is just STUFF! And it’s become more important to you than living! Well, honey, that’s just nuts.”

“But you know what? It’s never too late to get it back.”

The day you posted this on December 5th was a day that I was vexed with great loss, not of things but of HEART.... I contemplated &#039;things&#039; and their &#039;valueless-nessed-lys&#039;.. hoping to never again let things rule my life...

JUST A GREAT POST Laurie, I think I too took many years to finally understand the dramatic and deep #Truth of this story, this Film.

It&#039;s not so much a lesson of the facts of what goes wrong in modern society, it&#039;s not so much about bags of plastic blowing in the wind aimlessly, not just about the &#039;beauty&#039;.

It is about what matters, in life. I submit LOVE, and human interrelationships.

Far too many of us get wrapped up in goals or visions of grandeur, visions of success, or martyrdom.

When at the end of life and the middle too, the only thing that matters is LOVE. First LOVE of self then LOVE of other humans. As well of course LOVE of life on this earth and giving great thanks. Start each day with giving great thanks for even waking again.

It is hard to not get distracted and loose one&#039;s way in the modern media saturated society, this is indeed true.

Yet we can all make the sound choices that will allow us to LOVE our selves and LOVE living life, then the universe will reward you with more of what you have chosen.

Films, plays and prose, all created by creative minds, trying to tell us stories of truth, not just more rhymes. Sure Hollywood packages them delivers them and profits from them, but if we stand still long enough to see the good lessons we get to grow, perhaps how the initial author had intended us to.

Love your insights Laurie. SO MUCH of it in these blog posts... You truly ARE an INSPIRATION.. KEEP IT UP ~ !

LOVE AND LIGHT
